Move for Smith Family

THE Smith Family has moved their Queensland head office to South Brisbane to get closer access to current and potential supporters.
Profits from the sale of the previous Newstead office will go towards a suite of education and learning programs, which will help the children’s charity in their support of more than 6000 disadvantaged students.
General manager Damian Foley says increased accessibility from the Hope Street office will help the not-for-profit group forge closer working relationships, to help provide an extended family for many children who are growing up in lone parent and jobless households.
“Our work is made possible through our network of strong partnerships with other organisations, particularly businesses and government agencies. It is only in working together with our partners that we can help disadvantaged young people.”
