NVC ANNOUNCES RSPCA APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF LISTING

NVC ANNOUNCES RSPCA APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF LISTING

BRISBANE'S newest vet venture NVC Limited has appointed another non-executive director to its board and proposed a probable listing date.

Non-executive director of RSPCA Queensland Alison Sherry has joined the team, backed by 25 years of experience in professional services and health in the public and private sectors.

The company has this week been briefing investors about its plan to take the pet care industry by providing management and back office systems that remove administration for clinic owners and veterinarians.

"As a pure-play veterinary services business, NVC will occupy an important position in the Australian pet care industry as the sector consolidates and develops," she says.

The management team comprises Katherine Barker, previous Greencross financial controller who is in this capacity at NVC; Robert Skoda, former group area manager for Greencross' animal emergency services who will head up operations; and CEO Tomas Steenackers.
