NORTHSHORE HAMILTON LOT FOR SALE

NORTHSHORE HAMILTON LOT FOR SALE

DEVELOPERS have the chance to get their hands on a coveted block of land, after state government released part of Northshore Hamilton to the market.

The new two hectare Civic Park site will connect to Hamilton Reach on the east and Portside Wharf and Hamilton Harbour to the west.

The Queensland Government has been working with developers to construct the master planned community since 2007.

Deputy Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning Jeff Seeney says the development has the potential to grow the economy and create jobs.

“The next step in transforming Northshore Hamilton, a 304 hectare master planned Brisbane community, starts with a new two hectare Civic Park development site being offered to the market,” Seeney says.

“About 720 apartments and 25 business premises could be built as part of the redevelopment, creating an estimated 1600 new construction jobs.

“Once complete, this development will offer vibrant new waterfront homes and business opportunities to Brisbane residents and investors and kick-start the local economy.”

Economic Development Queensland will deliver an urban waterfront park and community swimming pool as part of the project.

Companies have until November 27 to lodge their interest.
