THE downward spiral of young entrepreneur Daniel Tzvetkoff continues after his company DSB Cruises went into receivership.
Receivers Ian Hall and Guy Edwards from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) were appointed on June 9 to find an agent for DSB’s super yacht.
“The role of the receivers and managers is to take possession and secure a 98ft Horizon Superyacht with the intention of appointing an agent in due course to market and sell the vessel,” says a PWC spokesperson.
This comes in the midst of a $US43 million court case with Aruban-based Kolyma Corporation, which is suing Tzvetkoff’s e-billing company Intabill over unpaid debts to the major client.
It is alleged the Brisbane-based company’s interest owed to Kolyma – which operates Full Tilt Poker – has been racking up at an increasing rate of more than US$13.5 million a day.
Tzvetkoff recently retrenched more than half of the staff employed at Intabill.
