MCINNES WILSON BUILDING A BIG NAME FOR ITSELF

IT has only been operating for the past two years but already McInnes Wilson's construction team is building a big name for itself, with Doyles dubbing it a leading team in construction litigation, adjudication and dispute resolution.

Doyles, which rates and recommends law firms based on telephone and face to face interviews with clients, peers, and relevant industry bodies, has recognised McInnes Wilson's construction team for its dedication to clients.

McInnes Wilson Lawyers' success follows their involvement in construction disputes arising from high profile projects in Queensland and New South Wales, including the $1.2 billion Queensland Children's Hospital, the $1.6 billion Gold Coast Light Rail, the $314 million North West Rail Link and the multi-billion dollars LNG projects near Gladstone.

McInnes Wilson Lawyers construction principal Andrew Mewing says the key to the team's success is the quality of its dedicated team of lawyers.

"The McInnes Wilson Construction team is made up of a new breed of lawyers who are continuously motivated to deliver value to its clients," says Mewing.

"We are growing and taking on bigger cases and proving our value by providing clients with excellent and cost effective service and support."

Principal Michael Batch says the team is focused on achieving results for clients and establishing long term relationships.

"We are driven to help our clients succeed whether they are ASX listed construction companies, small to medium construction companies, developers, or government bodies," he says.

"For our team, the goal is to achieve great outcomes and establish long lasting relationships."
