BO Hansen will be keynote speaker at a Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland seminar discussing how to be a great leader in any situation.

Today more than ever people need their leader to be a role model of how to be resilient and courageous. In this action packed two hour program, discover your own strategy to ensure you create personal best performances when it matters the most. This is the first step in being a great leader in any situation.

Using the globally recognised situational leadership model, you also discover your leadership style and how to adapt to suit any situation. Finally, this program helps you to create the type of workplace environment your people need to be at their best.

In 1992, Hansen became the youngest rowing Olympian for Australia and has since won bronze medals in the 1996, 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games.

His speciality is creating high performance individuals and teams through the development of leadership, team work and communication skills. The seminar will take place at Conrad Jupiters on September 3 from 7.30am.
