RAY WHITE BUYS INTO SANCTUARY COVE

RAY WHITE BUYS INTO SANCTUARY COVE

RAY White Surfers Paradise has joined forces with Mulpha Sanctuary Cove and will operate its Sanctuary Cove Realty as part of the undisclosed deal.

Sanctuary Cove executive general manager Alison Quinn (pictured with Greg and Andrew Bell), says it will allow residents to have the ‘very best service in the property market’ to assist in the re-selling of their homes and investments.

“With that in mind we reviewed options to secure the top performers in the operation of a realty office,” she says.

“We went around the nation to search for the best and found them in our back yard - today we announce that Mulpha and the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group will operate jointly the Ray White Sanctuary Cove franchise at Sanctuary Cove.

“The Ray White Surfers Paradise Group has consistently been the top performer nationally in marketing and selling homes, and it is that level of service and commitment we want our residents to have access to.”

RWSP CEO Andrew Bell says the merger is part of the company’s ongoing expansion into the northern Gold Coast and follows the realtor’s acquisition of Hope Island Realty in 2010.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Sanctuary Cove to offer another value add to clients looking to buy and sell in what is still one of Australasia’s most desirable residential destinations,” he says.

“The Ray White Surfers Paradise Prestige arm in particular brings great strength to the marketing of Sanctuary Cove, where it will be able to take homes to the local, state, national and international stage in a way that was not previously available,” says Bell.

“The connections of Sanctuary Cove to our broader Gold Coast prestige operation, where we have offices at Hope Island, Sovereign Islands, Paradise Waters and Surfers Paradise, will be of immense benefit to Sanctuary Cove property owners by tapping into a much broader pool of prestige buyers and the internationally renowned Ray White Prestige sales team.

Sanctuary Cove Realty manager John Hughes will remain in the role, assisting the Bells.
