Blown away by Seabreeze sales

METRICON’S Stage 13 Seabreeze development at Pottsville Beach has sold out following the sale of 10 blocks last month.

Stage 14 has now been released early to meet demand. There are now just 17 blocks remaining from the 44 available.

Blocks in Stage 14 range in size from 641 to 918sqm with prices from $235,000 to $260,000.

Seabreeze project manager Dale Scotcher, says the price points meant that almost anyone could own their private piece of real-estate heaven in the popular northern NSW coastal town.

“Seabreeze not only offers affordable house and land packages, but it offers an opportunity to belong to a friendly community with everything a family could wish for. All this located just a short bike ride from the beach and with easy access to a range of picturesque walkways,” he says.

“Pottsville really is a small town growing and new buyers in Seabreeze are still experiencing a great return on their investment, enjoying the benefits of capital growth as we see signs of the residential market recovering. We have experienced strong sales in Seabreeze and look forward to the sale of our last 17 blocks in stage 14.”

Seabreeze project marketing agent Lance Cotterill, says the recent sales run is testament that Seabreeze offered some of the best value land on the Tweed Coast.

“Seabreeze continues to generate huge demand in the Tweed region, offering some of the most prime seaside land in the area at an affordable price,” he says.

“As land continues to be snapped up in the region, and with very little coastal land available, we expect sales at Seabreeze to continue to prosper with more and more people looking to own their own piece of paradise.

“Purchasers at the Seabreeze development love the fact they can live in the quiet, village atmosphere of Pottsville with no high-rises or traffic while being located only a short drive to Tweed Heads, Kingscliff and the international Gold Coast Airport.”

Seabreeze is located on Pottsville-Mooball Road, Pottsville Beach. The 97ha development includes spacious landscaped parklands and sports playing fields. The estate is a short stroll from the Pottsville town centre which is home to restaurants, cafes, retail shops and other shopping facilities.
