NEW WEB CHECK FOR UNFAIR DISMISSAL

NEW WEB CHECK FOR UNFAIR DISMISSAL

UNFAIR dismissal claimants now have access to a new online service that assesses the viability of their claim.

Slater & Gordon has established the digital service in an effort to assist the mire of workers who contact the firm with potential claims for unfair dismissal each year.

The web assists people in determining whether they meet the criteria for an unfair dismissal claim before assistance is given.

Slater & Gordon head of Australia Ken Fowlie says the system is a combination of self-serve questions followed up by a telephone consultation, helpful in administering proper advice in a speedy and efficient way.

“We believe we can offer meaningful, valuable legal advice within strict time limits and all for a fixed price which makes it cost effective for the client,” says Fowlie.

“The system is user friendly, and comes with the backing of our firm’s legal expertise.”

The site is accessible at any time of the week from all locations within Australia.
