FORMER TRILBY MISSO BOSS OPENS FIRM
GOODNESS Law is officially up and running for business in Brisbane.

The new personal injury law practice is the brainchild of Lisa Rennie, a former Trilby Misso lawyer with more than a decade’s experience assisting injured people.

The firm is based at the northern end of Suncorp Stadium in Paddington, but will service clients statewide on personal injury matters including WorkCover, motor vehicle accidents, public liability claims and total and permanent disability (TPD).

Rennie, who worked her way up to the general manager role at Trilby Misso, is focused on making sure her law firm rings true to its name.

As such, her firm comes attached with the motto, ‘You Deserve Better’.

Rennie intends to deliver on this through a high level of personal service and giving all clients her undivided attention.

“There will be no call centres at Goodness Law as we speak to our clients in a way that suits them, either in person, via telephone, skype, email or live chat,” she said.

“If our clients want to visit us we are conveniently located in the PCYC building at the northern end of Suncorp Stadium where there is free parking.

“But if they are outside Brisbane we can still personally attend to their needs via technology.”

Rennie says she has learnt a lot about the way law firms operate from her 17 year legal career working for both small and large practices.

“I believe my time at Trilby Misso has helped set me up with the skills to run my own business,” she says.

“Working both as a legal practitioner and in a senior management role has allowed me to better streamline processes and given me greater exposure to all aspects of claims and client needs.”

Goodness Law will hold its official launch at Iceworks in Paddington on Thursday 30 October.
