CORRS CONFIRMS NEW TENANCY
CORRS Chambers Westgarth has announced its new tenancy at the eminent One One One Eagle Street building.

The firm has signed an agreement with property group GPT to move into the office tower in October. It will occupy 6000sqm on Sky Rise levels 41-44 on a 15-year lease.

The tower was recognised by the Australian Institute of Architects Brisbane Awards, jointly winning the Brisbane Building of the Year in 2013.

This is the fourth and final move planned for the firm as it shifts to a more modern and collaborative work environment for all its offices.

The Sydney office relocated as flagship tenants of 8 Chifley Square in Sydney’s CBD in late 2013.

Perth has announced it will lease premises in the new 123 St Georges Terrace development (Brookfield Place Tower 2), and the Melbourne office will take space in the new 26-level premium tower at 567 Collins Street in 2015.

Corrs partner and CEO John Denton says the move signals the firm’s continued evolution towards occupying workspaces of the future.

“This world-class building will allow us to translate our vision for a more collaborative workplace into a reality," Denton says.
