THE HAMILTON LAUNCHED ON MARKET

SHAYHER Group has unveiled its first project in Queensland, a $250 million mixed-use development in Northshore Hamilton.

Rather than sell off the plan, the developer opted to release apartments at The Hamilton after stage one construction was completed.

The Hamilton features 177 residential apartments across three residential buildings, including Macarthur, Finnegan and Toorak all named after streets in the suburb.

Sales manager Cecilynne Jurss says the business aimed to capitalise on the former industrial area's transformation into a vibrant riverside location.

"Shayher Group is driven by the desire to create high-end next generation homes in Australia's most loved locations, and we're excited by launching The Hamilton into the Brisbane marketplace," Jurss says.

"The Hamilton is a significant and quality addition to Northshore Hamilton and will provide residents and the community with what we call 'next generation living', a place to connect, create and collaborate."

She says the major features of the development include its high-end design, quality finishes, location, diverse amenities and proximity to the CBD and major transport infrastructure.

Architecture firm Woods Bagot is behind the design of The Hamilton, and Jurss calls the end result an "iconic landmark" and a statement entrance to the suburb.

"The striking and innovative architecture and design of the buildings complement the modern and evolving look of Northshore Hamilton," she says.

"The architecture really takes into the account the beauty of the location, allowing for cooling cross ventilation and ample natural lighting into apartments.

"Over two million dollars has been spent on the landscaping with features being Hamilton's famous Poinciana trees, lush gardens, natural granite paving, undercover walkways and green open space.

"Shayher Group strives to incorporate the character of the suburb in all of its developments, and the Poinciana trees, which are synonymous with the local area, are one way we have brought Hamilton into The Hamilton."

The Hamilton has one, two and three-bedroom apartments on offer from a selection of 17 floorplans, starting from $420,000.

There is also 584sqm in retail space ad 3160sqm in commercial leasing space available.

Shayher Group has a number of major residential projects underway in Brisbane, including the former CSIRO site in Indooroopilly and law courts at 300 George Street.
