TATTS Group's (ASX:TTS) wagering division UBET has enlisted a host of sporting stars for its 'League of Legends' as part of its brand transformation.
The UBET team ambassadors were announced at a gala event in Sydney, and will offer punters insight and commentary into a range of sports.
The League of Legends includes three-time AFL premiership player Jonathon Brown, NRL Anthony Minichiello, former Wallabies captain Nathan Sharpe, four-time Bathurst champion Greg Murphy and former ESPN host Jason Bennett.
UBET also announced new partnerships with Port Adelaide Football Club, V8 Supercars, Melbourne City Football Club, to coincide with deals with the Gold Coast Suns and racing industry.
Chief operating officer Barrie Fletton says the rebrand has been a whole of business evolution.
"This has been a huge undertaking, ensuring everyone understood the need for change and then working together to make it happen," Fletton says.
"The customer is at the heart of everything we do and personally I'm very proud to see the dramatic change that has taken place both internally and externally.
"This is without question, the most exciting time in our business' history."
Fletton says UBET has an advantage as one of only two wagering providers to combine web, mobile app, telephone betting and retail outlets.
The company recently revamped its digital offering, as well as opened Australia's first UBET store in New Farm.
The new retail concept will be rolled out across its network of 1200 outlets across Australia over the next four years.
