DELOITTE DIGITAL EXPANDS IN BRISBANE

DELOITTE Digital will join with web content management company Digicon to establish a Deloitte Digital studio in Brisbane.

The transaction is in response to demand within the public and private sector for new digital solutions and will bring an additional 20 digital specialists to the Deloitte Brisbane office, joining the existing 200 experts.

Deloitte Queensland managing partner John Greig says the launch of the Brisbane studio reinforces the firm’s commitment to digital innovation in the Queensland market.

“This transaction combines the creative and technical strengths of both organisations and we are looking forward to bringing locally based digital strategy, design, engineering and integration services to our Queensland clients,” says Greig.

Brisbane Lord Mayor Graham Quirk (pictured)  has congratulated Deloitte Digital on the announcement, saying it will help build the industry and promote the city’s digital capability.

“This is great news for Brisbane and I see it as a clear demonstration of the city’s growing appetite for new-world digital solutions,” says Quirk.

“Enhancing Brisbane’s leadership position in the digital economy through new digital solutions and opportunities is a key priority for the city.”
