Coaching club

BUSINESS Franchise 10X has announced it will partner with local accounting firm MTA to provide highly-leveraged mentoring services and a system for success to small businesses in Mt Gravatt.
MTA, Mt Gravatt have been selected by 10X Limited to bring the highly-successful 10X Coaching Club to local business owners. Chris Costanzo of MTA, the only firm in Mt Gravatt to receive this accolade, is excited by the benefits the 10X opportunity represents for his firm and the local economy.
Business owners already rely on their accountant to help them in reporting, tax and compliance, but 10X chairman Rob Nixon said they really need is a proactive accountant who can assist them with growth strategies, improving cash flow, increasing profits, and asset protection and succession planning.
“For too many years we’ve seen small to medium size business owners sacrifice far too much for their business, sometimes to the detriment of their personal lives and not receive the rewards they deserve. 10X means that MTA can help more clients achieve the growth and lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of,” Costanzo explains.
In addition to the hard work and sacrifice, many entrepreneurs report a sense of ‘being alone’ in and within their business, and agree that while family and friends may be supportive, they simply don’t understand the pressures of being in business. One of the reasons that The Coaching Club model is so successful is because it gives business owners a professional circle of support, structure and accountability.
Having grown up around small businesses, the 10X founders have experienced first-hand the adage that “if the business is going well, the family is going well” and the sad implications when the opposite is true.
The event will take place on March 18 at Michael’s Oriental Restaurant and Function Centre, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. More info at: http://www.10x.com.au/book-place/10.
