ATECHNOLOGY TAKES HOME TWO GONGS AT INDUSTRY AWARDS

ATECHNOLOGY International has been recognised for its sales and customer service skills, with two nods at the 2015 International Stevie Awards.

The Brisbane-based corporate technology services provider was awarded with a Gold Stevie for customer service department of the year in computer services and a Silver Stevie in business development achievement of the year in technology industries.

Now in its ninth year, the Stevie Awards recognise sales, customer service, contact centre and business development performance from across the world.

ATechnology International managing director Sarah-Jane Peterschlingmann (pictured) says the team was thrilled to take home two awards.

"The mission of the entire team at ATech is to ensure our service and systems are fast, reliable and secure," Peterschlingmann says.

"Our clients' systems are mission critical, so fast customer response and expert knowledge within the support team is essential.

"ATech's annual revenue has increased nearly 80 per cent year on year while maintaining a strong profit margin.

"To handle ATech's high rate of business growth, I have grown facilities and operations accordingly including exponentially increasing ATech's cloud capacity."

Peterschlingmann says the recognition is a testament to the company's customer feedback ratings, which has averaged five out of five since July 2013.

It follows ATech's Gold Stevie for website or blog of the year for Women in Business in November 2014 beating out Accenture and Hewlett Packard.

Stevie Awards president and founder Michael Gallagher says award entries have more than doubled in the past three years.

"The widespread support of this program illustrates the importance of the functions it recognises to business success," Gallagher says.

"This year's Stevie Award winners are the highest rated in the history of the awards and we congratulate all of the winners on their commitment to excellence and innovation."

The awards were presented during a gala dinner at the Bellagio in Las Vegas last month.
