WMS ACCOUNTED FOR AT THE ROCKET

FINANCIAL services firm WMS Solutions has taken a seven-year lease with options at Robina’s The Rocket.

The Gold Coast’s largest accountancy firm will move into a 1200sqm office space, comprising the entire 15th floor and most of the 14th floor from July 1.

WMS is the latest company to move into the building, following Allconnex, THG and Bauer Field Consulting Australia all taking space in building in the last few months.

Partner Anthony Karos says WMS and its 65 staff hope to be in The Rocket ‘for a very long time’.

“We identified the three key stakeholders that would be affected by the move are our staff, clients and referees, so we were looking for the best outcome for all of them,” he says.

“We also looked at Corporate Centre Two right across the road from our existing offices and 60 Cavill Avenue. But The Rocket ticked all the boxes in terms of parking, client and staff access, location and a fit with WMS’ corporate image.

“The Rocket is one of the newest high quality office buildings on the Gold Coast and the partners and staff are very happy with the decision.”

The Rocket is leasing from around $375 per square metre.
