THE Federal Government’s new industrial relations legislation system has become law. The legislation will have significant impact on business and employers will need to keep abreast of the proposed changes. The seminar will cover:
• new laws on workplace bargaining
• good faith bargaining - what does this mean?
• unfair dismissal and unfair dismissal code
• safety net
• right of entry laws
• Fair Work Australia
• national employment standards
• award modernisation.
The event will take place at the Carlton Brewhouse, Yatala on May 19. More info at: www.cciq.com.au.
