The digital revolution is constantly evolving and changing. New digital technologies and tools have dramatically altered how marketers promote, distribute product and service offerings to their customers. It has also changed how customers work, play, shop, live and learn. How we search for, acquire and consume products and services has continued to evolve in response to enhanced technologies.
The potential of new emerging digital advancements such as virtual reality, augmented reality and artificial intelligence continue to reshape the customer experiences with brands of significant interest.
The lecture will be presented by academic Dr Nicole Hartley who is a noted academic in advertising, marketing strategy, digital media and consumer behaviour and will discuss how the marketplace has been transformed by the digital revolution
Andy Fyffe, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Khemistry will also be speaking. Andy is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Khemistry, a hybrid creative /content / technology agency based in Brisbane. A bio on Andy is attached.
This will be followed by a panel session where Kelly Owens, KPMG Australia's Head of Customer Advisory and Global Lead for Customer Experience, will join the discussion.
