The 40-storey tower will have 147 luxury two, three and four bedroom apartments, villas and penthouses with prices starting from $1.38 million.
Managing director Sahba Abedian (pictured) says the project was fast-tracked, after 80 per cent of units were pre-sold.“Abian is redefining the luxury residential market in Brisbane and is unmatched in terms of its location, architectural design and amenity.
“The strong level of buyer demand indicates a healthy appetite in the market for design-driven, luxury product, with 116 of the 147 residences now under contract,” he says.The in-house division Sunland Construction will commence early works in late June, with the project expected to be completed mid-2017.
Abedian says the Brisbane market is a key focus of the Gold Coast-based company’s growth strategy, with another residential tower planned for Toowong.Abian is located at the entrance of the Botanic Gardens in the CBD and will include a concierge, swimming pool, gym and car parking.
