Stillwater creates waves with solid sales

SEVEN prestigious apartments in the $84 million Stillwater Marina Apartments at Hope Island have sold, amassing $4.6 million.

Stillwater is a luxury waterfront apartment development overlooking the picturesque Hope Island Marina.

A short buggy ride to three championship golf courses, the project features 110 apartments in a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom configurations.

Stillwater agent Bruce Rylance, says the quick-fire sales reflect the pent up demand for luxury, waterfront apartments overlooking the Hope Island Marina.

“Many purchasers are drawn to Stillwater due to the apartments’ ideal waterfront location still within close proximity to the Hope Island restaurant and boardwalk shopping precinct,” says Rylance.

“With the strong sales results experienced in only four weeks, we only have two remaining two-bedroom apartments for sale and strongly urge interested purchasers to get in quick.”

Stillwater Marina Apartments is part of the multi-award winning Hope Island Resort community. It offers some of the last marina berths available in the exclusive Hope Island precinct while being surrounded by breathtaking multi-million dollar waterfront homes.

There are 18 three-bedroom apartments left, priced from $680,000.

Janfair roperty consultant Brian Ellis, says lifestyle has dictated selling trends within the project.

“The underlying strength of Hope Island is that the owners love the place, the lifestyle, the friendships and the camaraderie and most will never leave,” says Ellis.

“Stillwater plays a pivotal role in the Hope Island property portfolio. It caters for those wanting to eliminate the hassles and upkeep of their large family home yet not be forced to store, sell, or throw out a lifetime of mementos in order to have space for family and friends to visit.

“Everyone is dreaming of living the good life tomorrow when they could do it today. We are seeing buyers who were planning on retirement in five years retire early and enjoy their lifestyle today by the fairways and waterways.
They say they are avoiding the economic crisis by doing it now, living it now and enjoying it now.”

Stillwater overlooks 250 marina berths with 32 offered exclusively to residents. The development is minutes from Sanctuary Cove’s restaurant and shopping precinct and Hope Island Resort.
