KING & WOOD MALLESONS TEAM STEERS ASX LISTING
KING & Wood Mallesons Brisbane has acted for GARDA Capital Limited on its IPO and ASX listing.

The responsible entity for the GARDA Diversified Property Fund (ASX: GDF) commenced public trading early July and now has a market capitalisation of $96.72 million.

The fund offers investors a diversified portfolio of six commercial properties and one industrial property through tenant profile, geographic location and building type.

The Brisbane-based King & Wood Mallesons team was led by corporate mergers and acquisitions partners Stefan Luke and Rhys Casey, who were supported by senior associate Prue Macleod and solicitors Mitch Fairbairn, Alexander Tod and Liz Ng.

Globally, King & Wood Mallesons has also recently drawn on a selection of its 2,700 employees to advise on the listings of Estia Health, Medibank Private and Alibaba.
