CREEVEY RUSSELL ON THE MOVE

CREEVEY RUSSELL ON THE MOVE

CREEVEY Russell Lawyers has snapped up a half floor tenancy in the heart of the Brisbane CBD financial precinct to accommodate its growing business.

The full service law firm has relocated from premises in Adelaide Street in the city to the 24th floor of a prestige office tower at 300 Queen Street, adjacent to Post Office Square.

Creevey Russell Principal Dan Creevey says the firm, which has offices in Brisbane, Toowoomba and Roma, had outgrown its Adelaide Street headquarters.

Creevey says the firm had leased 420 sqm on level 24 of the 25 storey tower with a purpose built office fit out being managed by Project Support Group.

"We're very excited to be moving our 17 staff into this outstanding office tower," he says.

"The move is designed to meet the needs and growth of our legal team."

Creevey Russell, which this year launched a sister firm CR Lawyers which offers fixed prices to clients, was founded by Dan Creevey, Clare Creevey and Perry Russell and specialises in commercial, property, agribusiness and family law.

The building at 300 Queen St has a lower ground floor food court and three levels of basement parking with easy access to public transport.

More than $10 million was invested in a recent upgrade of the building to ensure its standing within the prime grade Brisbane CBD market.

Creevey Russell Lawyers has taken out a six year lease for an undisclosed rental.
