Classic Holidays acquires premier resort in Mandurah

CLASSIC Holidays, an Australian resort, club and member management company, has brought one of Western Australia's timeshare resorts under management.

Western Australia's Silver Sands Resort, in Mandurah, just south of Perth, has been acquired by Classic Holidays.

Silver Sands is the latest Aussie resort to become a part of Classic Holiday's portfolio of properties, with the long-term management agreement commencing right on the 1st of January, 2018.

Classic Holidays CEO, Ramy Filo, says he welcomes Silver Sands and its owners into the fold.

"We welcome Silver Sands Resort and its 1,200 owners to the Classic family this year," says Filo.

"As well as opening up the benefits of our Club to these new members, we're equally thrilled to open up the city of Mandurah to our existing members from across Australia and New Zealand who are eager to holiday here."

"The addition of this resort allows Classic to offer more availability and more choice to our member families, giving them the opportunity to explore new regions and make new holiday memories."

Located just an hour's drive from Perth, Mandurah is famous for its waterways, wildlife, and nature activities. The region is also fast becoming a hotspot for its food and wine scene.
