BURNSIDE FINISHES 2015 WITH A FULL HOUSE

BURNSIDE Village will finish 2015 with a full house, after securing 18 new retailers over the past 18 months.

The eastern suburb shopping centre has welcomed big names in the 2015 year, including fashion house Scanlan Theodore and tea juggernauts T2.

Colliers International's Ben Laycock says he is ecstatic about filling the centre with space being in demand from retailers throughout 2015.

"Burnside Village has always had more than its share of 'retail fashion firsts' such as ZARA, and can now also lay claim to being the home of the flagship store in South Australia for high-end Australian designer CAMILLA which opens in November," says Laycock.

Along with the big catches, the Village has secured a tonne of other retailers, including Endota Spa, House & Garden, Review, Village Fresh Fruiterers, Jetts Fitness, and Joanne Mercer.

The centre has also created new fitouts for Athletes Foot, Blue Illusion and Vintage Cellars.

Burnside Village's exclusive retailers and varied mix of shops is the key to making the centre great, says Laycock.

"The unique fashion and fresh food retail mix at Burnside Village is unlike any other shopping precinct in South Australia and ranks amongst the top performing shopping centres in Australia," he says.

"More than 4.3 million people walk through the doors each year and with this level of retailer interest, Burnside Village is going to be a destination of choice for premium and luxury international brands moving forward."
