'HAPPY FAMILY LAWYER' TAKES FAMILY LAW REIGNS
THE Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland (FLPA) has ushered in new president Clarissa Rayward.

The director of Brisbane Family Law Centre and passionate advocate for collaborative law will take over from Trent Waller.

Fiona Caulley, a senior associate with Phillips Family Law, has become FLPA’s new vice president.

“I look forward to taking over as president of FLPA which has a long and proud history of excellent leadership,” says Rayward.

“We are a dynamic and growing association with more than 900 members throughout Queensland, northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

“We are strongly focused on supporting our members and expanding the quality and quantity of services so that we continue to be a strong and relevant organisation.”

Rayward has extensive experience in separation and divorce and is the author of the ‘Happy Family Lawyer’ blog which provides weekly commentary and tips on issues relating to divorce.

She was elected to the FLPA board in 2008 and has been vice president of the association since 2012.
