Mebbin Springs to life

A $50 million eco residential project in the heart of the Tweed River Valley has received strong interest since it was launched to the market last month.

Titles have been released in stage one of the Sustainable Developments project with the first home to be completed in November.

Only 66 blocks of land will be released in the gated estate and all are spread selectively to optimise privacy and views. Homes will be positioned to benefit from both sunshine and cooling summer breezes.

Nestled alongside the heritage listed Mebbin National Park, the Tweed Council-approved Mebbin Springs is a purpose-built eco community offering homeowners the perfect ‘green change’ lifestyle.

Mebbin Springs has panoramic views across the hinterland and Mt Warning, a 20,000-year-old extinct volcano. The land is surrounded by a natural bush environment with matured trees, flora and fauna, bushwalking tracks, eco trails, streams, dams and reserves, all exuding country charm.
