LAMBORGHINI ON SHOW AT ORACLE

LAMBORGHINI Brisbane has moved one of its Lamborghini Gallardo LP-570-4 Superleggeras (pictured) into a 70sqm showroom at The Oracle in Broadbeach.

Around 50 per cent of Lamborghini’s customers are based on the Gold Coast – the catalyst for Lamborghini Brisbane’s new owners LMM Holdings leasing the boutique space. The vehicle is one of only 12 in Australia and is on display until the end of October.

Receivers KordaMentha appointed Bayliss & Samra as the retail leasing agent at The Oracle and DTZ to lease commercial.

Mexican restaurant chain Guzman y Gomez has taken a 130sqm space alongside Amcal Chempro Pharmacy (430 sqm). Amcal Chempro relocated from Main Place in Broadbeach, providing typical pharmacy services and products, as well as a compounding pharmacy facility, four doctors and skin and beauty treatments.

Owner and pharmacist Jack Hammond says the mix of office and residential units are an excellent source to further grow clientele.

“Many of our existing clients have also welcomed our move to The Oracle due to the facilities and other retail offerings they can access here, providing them with more convenience,” says Hammond.

My Corner Store will also join the mix, providing a convenience store offering. Leasing deals were negotiated by Kym Thrift, Steven Black and Nicholas Brown.

“The Oracle has been well received by retailers with limited vacancies remaining,” says Thrift.

“The private Boulevard provides a unique element with additional car parking and the two way street facility, an excellent venue for many outdoor events, creating a unique and enjoyable atmosphere.”

The Oracle recently picked up the ‘project of the year’ at Master Builders Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards. The project also picked up the Residential Building over $50 million category for builder Grocon Constructions.
