FIRST STAGES RELEASED IN ROBINA CITYPODS PROJECT
ROBINA Group's $14 million CityPods precinct in CBD Robina is proving popular, with the first two stages now complete and interest coming from both end users and investors.

The first four unique offices of the Scottsdale Drive project were completed in January, followed by the second four stand-alone office pods in February.

The project will ultimately feature 15 two-level buildings.

Robina Group general manager Hylton Slater says CityPods addresses a void in the Gold Coast’s office market for small to medium sized businesses seeking the prestige and exposure offered by stand-alone buildings.

“CityPods enables these businesses to lease or own their own headquarters, each with strong corporate branding in a sought after, high-exposure location,” says Slater.

He says CityPods is a totally new commercial office concept for the Gold Coast that has been designed to provide an adaptable turn-key solution for professional businesses.

"Ranging in size from 163 to 304 square metres, they provide flexibility, with an open plan layout that can be individualized to suit.

"They are also superbly located at the heart of CBD Robina close to Easy T, Robina Town Centre, the Queensland Health Hub, Cbus Super Stadium and Robina Automall.

“The sales and leasing demand seen to date, especially with investor support, is a real vote of confidence that we have created a product that is perfectly suited for the current commercial market.”

Gold Coast office market specialist, CBRE’s Tania Moore says the location in CBD Robina, at the geographical heart of the Gold Coast, is proving a major draw card for CityPods.

"Office vacancy in CBD Robina is very tight and there are not a lot of opportunities, particularly for brand new offices of this quality," she says.

"The close proximity to the M1 and train station makes CityPods easily accessible and the way these striking offices have been designed provides for highly visible corporate signage.  You don't get that level of branding very often.”

CityPods each feature flexible open plan designs with high quality finishes, including polished concrete floors, a concrete and timber reception desk and a feature timber staircase.

Five CityPods remain for sale and lease in the current stages.
