NEW APARTMENTS RELEASED AS JADE APPROACHES COMPLETION

ARDEN Property Group has released a collection of three-bedroom apartments at its $200 million Jade development in Albion, as buyers close in on the first stage.

The larger residences have been launched in a campaign targeting local downsizers, empty nesters and young professionals.

Jade development manager Lachlan Harburg says the developer had saved the best for last in holding the release of three-bedroom dwellings.

"These are homes of scale designed for the owner-occupier market," Harburg says.

"Now that construction is nearing completion and we have made an appearance on the Albion skyline, interest in this selection of stock has increased dramatically.

"Jade sits in a leafy pocket in Brisbane's inner-north so we are anticipating interest in these higher end apartments will come largely from downsizers from nearby suburbs like Ascot, Hamilton and Clayfield.

"These buyers will be able to reduce their maintenance obligations while retaining their inner-city address and the ability to entertain and have family and friends come and stay.

"Likewise, young professionals who enjoy proximity to the CBD and the vibrancy of the area will be drawn to these premium residences."

Jade will be the first apartment project completed in Albion in almost 10 years, with the first residents expected to move in next month.

The development is located near the entertainment precincts of Portside, Racecourse Road, Gasworks and Albion Village.

The three-bedroom apartments are priced from $649,000 to $949,000.
