GLOBAL VIDEO PRODUCTION COMPANY SETS UP SHOP IN SYDNEY

CONSULTING to some of the world's most recognised brands including PayPal, LÓreal, Sony and Uber - 90 Seconds is riding a wave of stellar success and expanding its global presence, most recently setting up shop in Sydney.

90 Seconds, a cloud video production service, has doubled in size over the past five years and has hired a new staff member every week for the last 20 weeks.

The business works by streamlining the video production process and managing the whole creative development in its cloud platform.

New Zealander Tim Norton, founder and CEO of 90 Seconds, has grown the business from having a couple of collaboration partners to more than 3500 globally who produce content in over 52 countries.

"Brands are trying to produce phenomenal amounts of content and going through the traditional model or an advertising agency isn't sustainable when it's costly and a huge time investment," says Norton.

"Our product appeals to so many brands because of three simple reasons - ease, affordability, access.

"Using the cloud automates the production process because the workflow from purchase to publish is all managed online, it's really smart."

90 Seconds shoots, edits and produces footage in as little as 48 hours through its collaborative process.

Norton says gone are the days of having to transport crews to multi location shoots, which was a timely and costly investment.

"We can now shoot multiple locations in the same day for the same project without the need to buy a single airline ticket," says Norton.

"The idea of making things super simple, easy and fast for global consumption is critical these days - 90 Seconds is undoubtedly changing the face of video production one click at a time.

"When you work with the 90 Seconds team you have access to over 3500 active freelances around the globe, from award winning directors, DOP's, copywriters, creators and more.

"You can choose which ones to work with and in which locations from any device at any time of day."

90 Seconds has produced more than 7000 videos, totalling more than $9 million in revenue, through its platform. In addition, it has paid more than $5 million to creators.

90 Seconds has offices in Singapore, Tokyo, London, New Zealand and Australia.
