VICTORIA PARK BUILDING UPWARDS

VICTORIA PARK BUILDING UPWARDS

CS Development Group is adding to its Kelvin Grove developments, planning to commence construction on Victoria Park Residences in the new year.

The Brisbane-based property developer secured the most elevated position within the Kelvin Grove Urban Village at 148 Victoria Park Road for the apartment development (artistic interpretation pictured) in a deal negotiated by Colliers International in late 2012.

The apartments have recently hit the market at a starting price of $343,000, and construction completion is scheduled for mid-2015.

Colliers International Residential Director Andrew Roubicek says the apartments represent a good-value opportunity for buyers considering surrounding competition.

“In terms of architectural appeal, product design, inclusions, size, price and location we believe it is the best value apartment project in that area,” he says.

“When compared to other developments in the area, and the amenities both onsite and nearby, this represents excellent value for money.”

The 4000 square-metre site will host 118 apartments, a combination of one and two-bedroom configurations, all fitted with balconies.

Residents will also have access to amenities including the pool, sundeck, barbeque facilities, gym and outdoor workout zone.

CS Development Group has established itself as a resident in the precinct in recent years, having developed 13 Tank Street and Park Edge apartments.

Roubicek is confident Victoria Park Residences will follow the speedy Park Edge selling pattern, considering both have similar proximity to amenity.
