ELECTRICAL product supplier Noja Power Switchgear, has signed a $6.5 million deal with energy companies in Columbia and Mexico.

Noja Power Switchgear is the Queensland’s 2007 Exporter of the Year. The company specialises in the supply of electrical switchgear and has developed a line of products for global application by electricity utilities.

Colombian energy companies Electrificadora de Santander and Codensa, as well as Mexico’s Federal Electricity Commission have contracted the company in deals totalling $4 million, while the Mexico contract has the potential to grow to $6.5 million.
