QUEEN OF MANAGING PRECINCT PROPERTY

OFFERING a holistic solution to property investors is second nature for Kirsty Heymink (pictured).

The founding director of Milestone Property Management (MPM) specialises in financial reporting, leasing, compliance, disclosure management and operational and capital works coordination.

Heymink has formed a partnership with a development and investment fund, which is managed by APN Funds Management and controls the largest landholding within Brisbane Technology Park.

MPM was established in Milton during late 2010 and has since managed precinct-based properties, such as Brisbane Technology Park.

The company employs three staff and turned over $494,330 in the 2012 financial year. Heymink forecasts 43.5 per cent revenue growth to $709,832 by the end of the current fiscal period.
