PROTECT ENSURE SECURES NEW PREMISES
FINANCIAL services advisory Protect Ensure has snapped up a bigger office with warehouse space in Coorparoo, for its expanding business.

Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast agent Rhiannon Jones negotiated the lease for the property at 8/55-61 Holdsworth Street.

Jones says it was vacant for a long period of time, before she started the marketing campaign in February.

“Protect Ensure was seeking larger premises and had the property under offer within a few weeks of it being listed and following lease negotiations, we settled on  April 1.

“The refurbished office space includes approximately 77.9sqm of offices on the ground floor and a mezzanine area of approximately 244.5sqm,” she says.

Jones says the warehouse is about 163.4sqm with a container height roller door and also comes with four dedicated car spaces.

Protect Ensure has signed a three year lease at $48,500 annually, plus GST and outgoings.
