ARDEN GROUP NAMES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR JADE

ARDEN Group has enlisted Hutchinson Builders to construct its $200 million Jade residential project in Albion.

The master planned community has been heralded as an urban revival in the suburb, comprised of 350 apartments across four buildings.

Apartments will range between 60sqm and 160sqm, with the development also featuring a pool and gym onsite.

Arden director Steven Walsh says the company is proud to have secured an award-winning construction company.

“We are delighted to have Hutchinson Builders on board and are looking forward to working with them to deliver the high quality and affordable apartment product in Albion,” Walsh says.

Construction on Jade is expected to be completed in late 2015.
