ZARRAFFA’S Coffee Upper Coomera owners Bruce Fullerton and Elissa Hutton have taken out the Franchisee of the Year Award at the company’s annual gala dinner.

The siblings have been consistently outstanding performers for the Zarraffa’s Coffee empire having taken home the Rookie of the Year Award in 2008.

This year they edged out finalists Zarraffa’s Coffee Australia Fair and Zarraffa’s Coffee Surfers Paradise to take home the main title.

Zarraffa’s Coffee CEO and 2009 Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist Kenton Campbell, says all three finalists were exceptional but Upper Coomera had outstanding business acumen with consistently high quarterly store evaluations.

“Congratulations go out to all the franchisees for a fantastic year,” he says.

“Bruce and Elissa have outstanding passion and dedication with a great understanding of their local area, which is evidenced in their marketing and service.

“Their enthusiasm in the Zarraffa’s Coffee brand is undeniable and this award is well deserved.”
