Business News Australia is dedicated to recognising young talent in Brisbane
The Brisbane Young Entrepreneur Awards showcase the city's top business leaders aged 40 and under who have built a thriving business, delivered innovation, led social change or forged a path to turn their dream into reality.
In its most competitive year yet, the Awards were presented at a special gala event at Victoria Park in front of more than 200 guests.
One Key Resources founder Grant Wechsel was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year among nine categories, including the addition of a new award for entrepreneurs with a social conscience.
With a combined revenue of $150 million, the finalists' businesses have made a significant contirbution to the state.
The Brisbane Young Entrepreneur Awards will return in 2016 bigger and better, with the search to commence in June.
