PROPERTY analyst Michael Matusik (pictured) will deliver his annual forecast for Queensland at a luncheon convened by the Gold Coast UDIA on February 13.
 
Matusik is the Director of Matusik Property Insights and his evaluation of the industry has made him a sought-after commodity by all spectrums of the property market.
