Search system makes investing easier

Written on the 30 November -1

BARRY Pickering and Julie Massignani, the duo behind the independent property investment group Onsite Direct, will this month introduce an international portal to property investment.

Known as Onsite Direct GLOBAL, it is being heralded as "private wealth creation on a global scale".

Members can search for properties by price, city, region, state, country, developer, development, as well as drill down on specifications, floor and site plans, maps, videos, comparisons of properties in the area, ROI, capital and income, stamp duty, land tax, body corporate and insurance.

The site suits property researchers, agents, advisers, accountants, financial planners, consultants, solicitors, developers, project managers and individual investors keen to help their friends and family get into property investment.

All figures and statistics for the property are accessible, as well as a bank panel valuation, depreciation schedule, two rental appraisals, property analysis software and body corporate disclosures.

Should all the fundamentals suit your buyer and you get the go-ahead to buy, you can reserve the property at the push of a button - all in real time. Immediately, a proforma contract is issued by the team at Onsite Direct. A holding deposit of $1000 is placed in a Trust and the contract on the property is issued.

For developers, the real time advantage is that you can see who is selling your properties and maintain an accurate stock list.
