New appointments

Nicole Antees

NICOLE Antees has been appointed project co-ordinator for development company Young Land Corporation. She was previously business manager at the Atkinson Gore Group. She will be responsible for overseeing new YLC projects including the Keppel Bay Estate, leasing commercial projects and co-ordinating new developments.

Donna Pistol

DONNA Pistol has joined Hynes Lawyers as senior associate in its planning litigation team on the Gold Coast. She has a wealth of litigation experience and will continue her focus on planning. She has experience in Planning and Environment Court of Appeal proceedings, negotiating with councils and acting for owners on resumption matters.

Tim Fitzsimmons

HYNES Lawyers has appointed lawyer Tim Fitzsimmons to its property team on the Gold Coast. He has previously worked with law firms in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Hong Kong, advising blue chip clients across a range of areas such as dispute resolution, construction, intellectual property and mergers and acquisitions.

David Hughes

THE Ingles Group has appointed David Hughes as acquisitions manager, responsible for researching and acquiring land parcels to expand the Ingles Group's portfolio of development sites. He previously held an acquisitions role with a range of private investors, sourcing land sub-divisions and commercial interests.

Jackie Rouleston Stuart

EVENT Production Management has appointed Jackie Rouleston Stuart as director, sales and marketing. Previously associate director, business tourism, with Gold Coast Tourism, she has 12 years' experience in the conference, events
and incentive markets in Australia and
New Zealand.

Kaye Durre

AS part of the company's expansion, Coral Homes has appointed Kaye Durre to the new position of marketing manager. She has been involved in the property industry for more than 18 years and has worked as a centre manager and marketing manager in a number of shopping centres. Her new role will include strategic planning.

Steve Kondra

REPEAT Customer Solutions has appointed Steve Kondra as senior business manager. Having recently left the Institute of Business Leaders, Steve has lived on the Gold Coast since 1966. His background is in financial planning and technology sales, making him well placed to drive the development of Repeat Customer Solutions.

Guy Cooper

NATIONAL Business Sales on the Gold Coast has appointed Guy Cooper as senior business broker. Mr Cooper has 10 years' experience in business brokerage and an extensive management and sales portfolio. He joins NBS after owning and operating his own franchise business and previously spent 12 years with Pacific Dunlop in China.

David Luxton

FORMER Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, communications manager David Luxton has taken on the new role of manager, corporate and stakeholder communications. The role will incorporate management of the Sanctuary's relationships with the National Trust, government and the community as well as communications support.

Lindsay Wallace

AFTER five years as director of marketing with Palazzo Versace and the group marketing role with Sunleisure Group Limited, Lindsay Wallace has been appointed marketing manager for Sanctuary Cove, responsible for the strategic direction and destination marketing of the property and its lifestyle assets.

Leona Kelly

LEONA Kelly has been appointed senior consultant of public relations firm Three Plus (Gold Coast). She has several years' experience as a communications professional in the fields of journalism, public affairs and media liaison. She has also worked as a news bureau chief, newsreader, producer and media advisor.

Prue Berry

PRUE Berry has joined Hynes Lawyers' corporate and commercial team, Gold Coast office. She worked in emergency services communications centre project management in New Zealand for eight years and is a qualified paramedic. She has also worked as a community safety officer with Gold Coast City Council.
