AN EXCLUSIVE opportunity to sample membership privileges is being offered by one of the city’s leading private clubs.

Brisbane Polo Club (BPC) is setting the standard for a whole new generation of business leaders.

As one of the city’s most progressive and innovative private clubs, the prestigious establishment delivers a refreshing alternative to club membership that is welcoming, informal and contemporary.

The 22-year-old club based in the heritage-listed 19th century naldham house building has four function rooms, which can accommodate celebratory dinners, business breakfasts, product launches, seminars, cocktail parties and weddings.

It is the ideal venue that provides a classic setting for your next work meeting, client entertainment and personal pleasure activity.

BPC young executive ambassador tanya Sciasci reveals many young professionals have taken up club membership for the value it offers on both a business and personal level.

“A colleague invited me to a client lunch at the BPC and I was astounded by the unique surrounds and high level of client service. I was inspired to become a member so I could independently use the many facilities,” says Sciasci, who is a senior associate at McCullough Robertson Lawyers.

Sciasci says the BPC is not just about taking a client for a quiet lunch away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

“i can also network with other young professionals at a wine-tasting event; meet with colleagues for drinks attend the monthly jazz on a Friday evening; enjoy a trivia night with friends; or take my husband to BPC for a special occasion dinner,” she says.

For a limited time, the club is offering complimentary joining fees, with annual membership fees thereafter, to young professionals aged from 18 to 35 and senior business leaders who are at least 35.

The club recently implemented a young member strategy to promote BPC as a progressive and innovative venue that encourages the contribution of young professionals.

Educational spirit master classes have been introduced in response BPC has also supported female membership, which has remained at nearly 40 per cent.

The club recently reworked its statement to reflect greater gender diversity as ‘a boutique private club of the finest equality’.
