AS the commercial property sector enjoys its best prospects for 17 years, the New Tweed Coast's first purpose-built professional centre is poised to launch.

According to figures released by the Property Council of Australia and Investment Property Databank, commercial property returned 15.26 per cent in the year to June, up on the already strong 14 per cent recorded the previous year.
